Clint Keeney, Owner and General Contractor at Northwoods Builders, brings over 25 years of experience in residential design and renovation. After earning his Bachelor’s Degree from Colorado College and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the Maxwell School, Clint began his career working at Youth-Build USA, a nonprofit that helps at-risk youth gain education and job skills in the building trades. This experience sparked his passion for construction and set the foundation for his future in the industry.

Over the years, Clint operated a successful construction company before co-founding Northwoods Builders. As the General Contractor, he takes a hands-on approach, carefully overseeing every aspect of each project to ensure it meets client expectations with precision and care. His strong leadership, focus on honesty and transparency, and unwavering commitment to high-quality workmanship have been central to the company’s success.

When not at work, Clint enjoys biking, snowboarding, and spending time with his wife Sara, their three children—Jack, Claire, and Pearl—and their dog Daisy.

John Selinger’s passion for construction began at a young age while helping out at construction sites for a family friend in the Washington, DC area. These early hands-on experiences sparked his lifelong interest in building and craftsmanship, laying the foundation for his career in the construction industry. Over the years, John has honed his skills through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. Known for his high standards, attention to detail, and honest approach, he has built a strong reputation for excellence and integrity in his work.

As Northwoods Builders's co-owner and General Contractor, John brings decades of experience to every project. His unwavering focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction ensures that clients’ visions are brought to life with precision and care. John takes pride in delivering functional and beautiful spaces, reflecting his passion for craftsmanship and dedication to the homeowner’s experience.

When he’s not on a job site, John enjoys wine-making, spending time with his wife and two daughters, and caring for their two dogs and two cats.

Hannah Wirtz is an interior designer with a passion for creating beautiful, functional, and inviting spaces. Since discovering her love for design at a young age, she has built a career focused on transforming spaces into stylish, practical environments. Hannah graduated with a degree in Interior Design from the New England Institute of Art in 2016 and has since worked on a variety of projects, from retail displays to residential homes throughout the Greater Boston area. Her expertise includes space planning, product and paint selection, and overseeing job sites, particularly in kitchen and bathroom design. Outside of her design work, Hannah lives on her partner’s family horse farm, where they embrace a simple, hands-on lifestyle tending to animals and enjoying the outdoors.

Dayna Marques is an interior designer based in Boston Metro Area, originally from Naples, Florida. After earning her Certificate in Interior Design from the University of Miami, she refined her skills at a prestigious luxury design firm, where she collaborated with architects to create dream homes for clients. Now in Massachusetts, Dayna is inspired by the region’s rich history and enjoys blending old-world charm with modern style, tailoring each design to the unique character of the space.
Her design philosophy centers on listening to clients and empowering them to make informed choices. Dayna strives to create spaces that balance comfort with elegance, mixing organic elements with luxurious details. Whether it’s a full renovation or a small update, her goal is to transform each space into an authentic reflection of her clients’ lifestyles. Outside of design, Dayna enjoys exploring New England, as well as practicing Pilates, yoga, and dance.

Her collaborative approach, organizational skills, and attention to detail make Annika an invaluable partner in guiding clients through the remodeling process.

Outside of her design work, Annika is an avid gardener, raises chickens and loves spending time with her family.

Her talent lies in combining functionality with a visual charm which greatly benefits our design team in bringing clients' dreams of stylish and functional spaces to life.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family.
