Two-Phase Home Renovation
This two-phase renovation highlights how a home can evolve over time. Starting in 2022 with a basement remodel, office, and bathroom updates, and continuing in 2024 with a full kitchen, living, and suite renovation, the result is a modern, functional home tailored to family living.
Project One (2022)
The first phase focused on adding flexible living space and practical updates. The basement remodel included a custom Murphy bed for guests, while upstairs we created a new home office and renovated the daughter’s bathroom with a tiled shower. During this time, the homeowners also added professional landscaping and a new patio, further enhancing how the family enjoys their home
Project Two (2024)
Two years later, we returned to reimagine the main living areas. The kitchen gained a spacious island, custom cabinetry, and statement lighting, while the living room was opened to the outdoors with a folding glass door that creates a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. Updates to the mudroom added smart storage and everyday organization, while bold orange cabinetry in the laundry room brought both energy and function to a hardworking space. The master bath was redesigned as a spa retreat with marble finishes, a glass-enclosed shower, and a soaking tub—bringing the renovation to a luxurious finish.
